As a Test Lead at EY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring product quality and driving innovation in testing methodologies. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading test activities to ensure product quality, set project timelines, and supervise other testers. - Driving the identification of test scope, test environment set-up, and preparation of test plans. - Managing test execution, reviewing reports, and interpreting recommendations for product or design changes. - Defining and implementing comprehensive test strategies, standards, and risk-based coverage. - Implementing automation strategies across functional and AI testing domains for scalability and maintainability. - Evaluating and adopting cutting-edge automation tools and technologies, including AI-assisted test generation and validation. - Architecting and maintaining reusable automation frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines. - Designing and executing test plans for AI-driven applications, focusing on model evaluation, retrieval accuracy, and ethical compliance. - Leading and mentoring a cross-functional testing team and defining strategic testing roadmaps for AI-driven products. To excel in this role, you must have: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field with 12+ years of relevant work experience. - Proficiency in implementing automation strategy and guiding the team. - Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, Selenium with Java/Python, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD. - Strong leadership, team management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in diverse, cross-cultural teams.
