Test Engineering Co-Op

As a member of the dynamic engineering team at Skyworks, you will be focused on the characterization and verification of RF components. Your role as a hands-on co-op will involve exposure to advanced RF testing, lab setup, and system optimization. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the improvement of RF Test Systems hardware and software to ensure performance accuracy and repeatability. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting engineering activities such as test, check-out, and modification - Working from schematic, diagrams, written, and verbal descriptions - Assisting in determining methods for time reduction - Building RF test setups and harnesses - Performing RF tests, evaluating standard RF devices such as amplifiers, filters, couplers, etc. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - Enrollment in electrical engineering, pursuing a BS or MS degree - Familiarity with RF bench testing - Proactive approach to improving test benches and providing feedback for test procedures and programs - Knowledge of RF test equipment such as multi-meter, Oscilloscope, Signal Generators, Power meter, etc. - Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Ability to understand schematics and diagrams - Team-oriented attitude with accountability and ownership - Understanding of RF Technology Please note that you must be able to work on-site for the duration of the co-op term from January 2026 to June 2026.
