Test Data management

• We are looking for a highly skilled Test Lead with strong experience in Test Data Management TDM to define implement and govern TDM strategies across the software testing lifecycle
• The ideal candidate will have hands on experience with TDM tools data provisioning masking and automation and will play a key role in ensuring high quality secure and efficient test data practices across projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the enterprise wide TDM strategy aligned with QA and DevOps goals
• Lead the design and execution of test data provisioning masking subsetting and refresh processes
• Collaborate with QA development and data teams to understand data needs and ensure timely availability of test data

• Establish data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations e

• Automate test data creation and management processes to support CI CD pipelines
• Monitor and optimize test data usage storage and refresh cycles
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA teams on TDM best practices

Technical Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Test Data Management and QA leadership roles
• Hands on experience with one or more TDM tools Informatica TDM CA TDM Delphix IBM Optim or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of data masking subsetting cloning and synthetic data generation
• Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases Oracle SQL Server PostgreSQL etc
• Experience in test automation frameworks and integrating TDM with automation pipelines
• Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards
• Strong analytical problem solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of data virtualization and synthetic data generation techniques
• Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins Git and Docker
