Summary:As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to implement quality processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance control, accuracy, and integrity in testing. You will also focus on evolving predictive and intelligent testing approaches, leveraging automation and innovative testing products and solutions to drive improvements in quality engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Completing assigned testing and analysis tasks - Own work items, update and track through JIRA- Adopt best practice with enthusiasm and effective collaboration- Assist in the investigation and resolution of problems- Collaborate with other teams to improve process and provide effective service to our customers- Identify, recommend and take forward improvements.- Own personal development plan, aligning to team needs and goals Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills:

Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner.- Good To Have
Skills:

Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.- Understanding of core types of testing and why they are important- Understanding use of Performance Centre and different scripting methodologies and where they may be applicable- Understanding of development in multiple protocols and languages, e.g., Java, JavaScript- Be able to develop an understanding of enterprise application & architecture- Understanding Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills/tools - Understanding of version control SVN/GIT/Nexus- Basic understanding of performance tuning and scaling across technologies/stack
Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required. Qualification
