Must have skills : Functional Test Planning Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : minimum 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve planning and executing functional tests, leading a team of testers, and implementing innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning and execution of functional tests, ensuring that all testing activities are carried out efficiently and effectively. Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accurate. Lead a team of testers, providing guidance and support to ensure that testing activities are carried out to a high standard. Implement innovative testing products and solutions, ensuring that testing approaches are predictive and intelligent based on automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, applying expertise in quality processes, tools, and methodologies to significantly improve control, accuracy, and integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Experience in Functional Test Planning. Strong understanding of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Experience in leading a team of testers. Experience in implementing innovative testing products and solutions. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in software engineering, computer science, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful quality-driven solutions.
