Must have skills : Infrastructure Service Management Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : Graduate and above Summary :As a Test Automation Lead, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies. Your typical day will involve evolving more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of automated testing frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs, and develop and execute test plans and test cases. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and test data, and perform functional, regression, and performance testing. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest advancements in testing and automation, and integrate innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong experience in Infrastructure Service Management. Must To Have Skills:Experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks and tools. Good To Have Skills:Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker. Good To Have Skills:Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing. Experience with test management tools such as JIRA and HP ALM. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Infrastructure Service Management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality testing solutions. This position is based at our Mumbai office.
