Must have skills : Automated Testing Good to have skills : NA Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years of fulltime education Summary :As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing into a continuous and efficient end-to-end quality engineering function through the use of quality processes, tools, and methodologies significantly improving control, accuracy, and integrity. You will evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions. Your role will involve managing and leading the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies and deliver high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead and manage the testing team to ensure the successful implementation of automation testing strategies. Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Identify and report defects and issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Automated Testing. Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks. Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Cucumber. Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. Experience in Agile development methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Automated Testing. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years of fulltime education is required.
