Test Automation Engineer- Selenium

As a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / System Analyst in our Chennai office, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Selenium with Java, Rational Functional Tester (RFT) with Java, or Test Complete with Java. Your role will involve having a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Java & JavaScript, along with hands-on experience in BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) frameworks like Cucumber and JBehave. Additionally, you will be expected to have a solid understanding and experience in Agile methodologies, and familiarity with JUnit is highly preferred. Your responsibilities will include debugging code, implementing exception handling, and demonstrating expertise in API calls through jars to capture responses. This role will require you to be open to working in the 2nd shift (1 pm - 10 pm) and possessing excellent English communication skills. A fair understanding of Automation Test plans/Strategies and extensive knowledge in SQL queries will be beneficial for this position.
