Job Description

Job Requirements

Seeking a test automation engineer proficient in scripting using Python. Developing automated test scripts to verify various functionalities, such as hardware interfaces, communication protocols, and software components. Experience in managing automated testing environments for embedded systems, preferably in the transportation rail industry, ensuring the dependability and effectiveness of critical systems. Creating automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing of embedded systems using Python. Setting up and supervising HIL simulators, handling I/O configuration, signal routing, and seamless integration with the overall test environment desired. Developing detailed test scenarios and test cases in line with specific system requirements, conducting thorough tests in the HIL environment, and carefully analyzing test results to guarantee optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Work Experience

C++, Python, Shell scripting Ability to read Schematics Familiarity with MATLAB / Simulink, LabVIEW would be an advantage
