Job Description

As a Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst on the web application and .NET projects for a large APAC financial institution, you will have the opportunity to work with an established team and onsite staff. Your role will involve contributing to project initiation, implementation, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. By testing various financial applications, you will gain valuable experience in the field. Your responsibilities will include defining the test strategy, developing test cases, executing test cases for web applications, .NET applications, and BI reports, analyzing test run outputs, identifying and remediating issues, designing and automating test cases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and maintaining testing documentation and reports. The mandatory skills for this role include: - 6+ years of strong experience in web application testing automation - Experience in .NET application testing and BI reports testing - Expertise in JavaScript programming, with knowledge of testing frameworks like Mocha or Cucumber and WebdriverIO - Experience with NodeJS, SQL, and Unix - Strong experience in software testing and technical business analysis - Ability to work independently and excellent communication skills - Familiarity with Agile testing practices Nice-to-have skills for this role include: - Murex Performance testing - DevOps on Murex experience (GIT, Jenkins, JIRA, etc) - Batch processing testing - Control-M This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects in a dynamic environment, where your skills and expertise in testing automation and financial applications will be put to use effectively.,
