Job Summary:

Test Architect - L1

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop test architecture, including automation frameworks and test strategies aligned with project requirements.
Collaborate with development, QA, and business teams to understand testing needs and create comprehensive test plans.
Define test processes, standards, and best practices to ensure consistent and efficient testing.
Lead and support test automation efforts using appropriate tools and technologies.
Evaluate and select testing tools and frameworks that best fit the project needs.
Analyze complex software systems to identify test scenarios and ensure thorough coverage.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior testers and QA engineers.
Monitor test execution, report defects, and track resolution progress.

Mandatory Skills: SDET . Experience: 8-10 Years .
