About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp, grounded, and high-integrity individual to serve as the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Tesseract Esports. This is not a conventional EA role; you’ll be expected to operate as an extension of leadership, managing projects, proposals, timelines, and acting as a critical bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Track, follow up, and proactively manage all tasks and deliverables for the CEO Build timelines and independently own project execution Create impactful decks and support RFP/proposal submissions Liaise with clients, vendors, freelancers, and internal teams Firefight and resolve issues in real-time with composure Support event planning and on-ground execution when needed Maintain discretion, loyalty, and professionalism at all times What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years of experience in events/media and startups Strong with Microsoft Office, ClickUp, Notion, Slack Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to work long hours, including nights and weekends Strong emotional intelligence, loyalty, and humility — no ego Nice to Have: Event production knowledge or experience Deck storytelling and creative input on pitch materials
