Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – Industrial Air Purification Products Location: Karnataka (Travel across key industrial zones) Department: Sales & Business Development Experience: Minimum 1 year in B2B Industrial Sales Reporting to: Regional Sales Head Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and result-driven Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell our range of Industrial Air Purification Products across Karnataka. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client engagement, technical discussions, and closing sales deals with industrial clients. The role demands strong communication skills, a learning mindset, and a passion for achieving sales targets in a competitive industrial market. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned industrial zones of Karnataka. Develop and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, consultants, OEMs, and facility managers. Promote the company’s air purification technologies through product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the management. Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and industry trends. Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and submit weekly/monthly reports. Coordinate with the technical and service team for successful installation and post-sales support. Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and customer engagement events to promote brand visibility. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business or MBA (preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial sales, preferably in air quality, HVAC, or environmental solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English and Kannada. Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into successful business deals. Self-motivated, quick learner, and result-oriented with the ability to work independently.
