Job Description

The Territory Manager – Sales (Projects) will be responsible for expanding NEDS' footprint in the Hyderabad market by securing and managing large‑scale electrical and digital system projects. Reporting to the L7 – IN – LEGRAND Project Sales department, you will leverage your construction material sales expertise and existing developer relationships to achieve revenue targets and ensure successful project delivery.

Identify and secure new project opportunities in the Hyderabad territory.
Build and maintain relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and architects.
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals for electrical and digital system projects.
Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal engineering, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure project execution.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues affecting timelines or budgets.
Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive positioning.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3–5 years of project sales experience in the construction material industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in project‑based environments.
Strong network of developers and key decision‑makers in Hyderabad.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications of electrical and digital systems.
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Self‑motivated with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Fluency in English and Telugu (or Hindi) preferred.
