Job Description

Professional Couriers Network Limited (PCNL) is looking for a result-oriented Territory Manager to manage courier operations and drive business development in the Mayapuri territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

• Manage daily courier operations, including pickup, dispatch, delivery, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor service quality, delivery timelines, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise branch staff and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Monitor manpower productivity and ensure compliance with company procedures.

Business Development

• Acquire new corporate customers and generate business from SMEs, traders, and commercial establishments.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and shipment volume targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct field visits, identify business opportunities, and analyze competitor activities.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms within approved limits.

Collections & Reporting

• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely customer collections.
• Track revenue, shipment volumes, and territory performance.
• Submit regular operational and business development reports to management.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in courier, logistics, cargo, or transportation.
• Experience in both operations management and business development is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, acquire new customers, and achieve business targets.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in courier and logistics companies, particularly in operations and B2B sales, will be given preference.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
