Territory Business Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years in ENT, Derma, Respiratory.

Age Limit : Upto 30 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct regular promotional visits with targeted healthcare professionals, specialists, and pharmacists within the assigned territory.
• Deliver clear, evidence-based scientific presentations (detailing) utilizing approved company literature, visual aids, and product samples.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and market share growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), medical practitioners, and retail/hospital pharmacists.
• Coordinate closely with stockists, distributors, and pharmacies to ensure seamless product availability and prevent stock-outs.
• Gather and report real-world market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing strategies, and feedback from medical professionals.
• Maintain meticulous records of daily field activities, doctor coverage, and sales metrics using the company CRM platform.
• Ensure all promotional activities and field interactions strictly adhere to industry compliance codes and corporate ethical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales
• Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and territory dynamics.
