🏗️ Site Supervision & Management Supervise and manage the installation, operation, and maintenance of ETP/STP systems at multiple sites. Oversee day-to-day operations of the treatment plants and ensure smooth functioning of all processes. Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards, and regulations while on-site. Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify any maintenance issues or technical challenges. Report and document progress, challenges, and solutions to the senior management regularly. Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion. 🛠️ Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Identify and resolve technical or operational issues promptly to avoid downtime. Address and troubleshoot any mechanical, electrical, or chemical issues related to treatment systems. Suggest and implement corrective actions to improve plant efficiency and reduce operational costs. 💼 Manpower & Resource Management Manage on-site team, including technicians, laborers, and helpers. Allocate tasks to the workforce based on skill set and job requirements. Ensure proper training and safety protocols for all on-site staff. Maintain site discipline, report work progress, and manage resources effectively. 📊 Reporting & Documentation Maintain detailed records of daily operations, plant performance, and maintenance work. Submit regular reports on plant performance, equipment status, and manpower deployment. Keep track of operational costs and resource utilization. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and suppliers for any required updates or material procurement.
Roles & Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet visitors and handle front desk operations. Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate extensions. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and couriers. Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, etc.) as needed. Telecalling and Communication: Follow up with existing clients and provide updates regularly. Contact new clients, inform them about products/services, and resolve queries. Gather daily updates from platforms like IndiaMart, TradeIndia, etc. Generate leads and track them for follow-up and conversion. Documentation and File Management: Organize and maintain office files and documents (physical and digital). Ensure timely filing and retrieval of important documents. Maintain accurate records of official correspondence and client details. Update reports and client databases regularly. Problem Solving: Identify issues or concerns raised by clients and attempt to resolve them promptly. Report any office-related issues to the supervisor. Other Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for day-to-day office operations. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or HR. Required Skills:Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and written) Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Experience in Telecalling/Customer Support (preferred) Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities Attention to Detail (especially for document and file management) Ability to Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously Qualifications:Minimum 12th Grade; Graduation preferred. Previous experience in office administration, receptionist roles, or telecalling is a plus.
