Client Profile : For one of our client focussed solutions for Telecom Sector Candi with local OSS/UTRAN Consultant What you must have : We are seeking a highly skilled OSS/UTRAN Consultant (Expert level) India, Highly skilled RF Consultant for a skilled RAN OSS Engineer with hands-on experience in Ericsson 4G/5G networks , specializing in scripting via OSS-RC and ENM platforms. The ideal candi will have a deep understanding of Ericsson RAN environments and basic familiarity with OSS scripting or configuration tools from Sam g, Nokia, or Huawei . Key Responsibilities: Lead triage and RCA Design, develop, and execute automation scripts within Ericsson OSS-RC/ENM Sam g, Nokia, or Huawei OSS platforms for 4G and 5G RAN networks Perform mass parameter up , site provisioning, cell reconfiguration, and bulk neighbor definitions Support configuration audits and network optimization tasks using Ericsson scripting capabilities (AMOS/XML/SOAP/CLI) Extract and manipulate performance/configuration data to support operations and performance teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement parameter tuning and feature enablement Maintain script repositories, change logs, and ensure compliance with configuration standards Required Qualifications: 6+ years of experience in 4G/5G RAN engineering with a strong focus on Ericsson networks Expertise in Ericsson OSS scripting (AMOS commands, CLI scripts, templates via ENM) Proficient in ENM or OSS-RC for bulk provisioning, audits, and optimization scripting Experience with network configuration management, performance KPIs, and feature rollout support Familiarity with UNIX/Linux systems and scripting in Shell, Python, or Perl is a strong plus Working knowledge of OSS tools from Sam g, Nokia, or Huawei Prior involvement in multi-vendor RAN optimization or configuration audit projects Experience integrating automation into CI/CD workflows for RAN engineering Knowledge of ZTP, eNodeB/gNodeB parameters, and feature enablement across vendors Education : Bachelor s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field Please share your CV with following in order with experience and details of specific reference to JD shared.
