The Project Head will act as the primary interface between customers, engineering teams, vendors, global Terex Team, manufacturing facilities, and site execution teams. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning Execution Lead complete project lifecycle from order intake, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, installation, commissioning, and handover. Create detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk registers. Ensure adherence to Terex execution processes, quality norms, and EHS standards. Stakeholder Customer Management Act as the single point of contact for Sales and After Sales for all project-related matters which Includes Engineering, Quality Execution Conduct regular project review meetings with customers, internal teams, and leadership. Manage contractual obligations, change orders, and project documentation. Lead Project Engineering Team Lead the project engineering function for layout finalization, structural engineering, equipment integration, and engineering deliverables. Guide engineering teams on GA drawings, BOQs, civil loading data, fabrication details, and plant-level technical solutions.
