Job Description: This position will involve overall responsibility to collaborate with dealers and the Terex team for the overall management and development of the dealers for various Terex MP brands in India and the region. Key Tasks: Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with dealer principals and their staff. Develop new contracts and foster strong connections with different departments within the dealerships. Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to encourage business growth. Utilize analytics to develop action plans based on data and statistics and interpret results against set targets. Risk Assessment and Pricing: Develop risk assessments and pricing structures for products to support commercial efforts. Engage in financial planning and budgeting as a critical aspect of the role. Partnership Development: Source, add, and launch new partnerships that drive clients to the new business. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for new business ventures. Dealer Management: Build strategic business plans that align with Terex India's goals. Monitor progress and provide necessary mentorship and training to dealers. Ensure dealers are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed. Qualifications: Preferably an MBA in Business Management, Finance, or Marketing from a reputed institute. Relevant work experience in the heavy equipment manufacturing industry. Experience and Other Requirements: Must have 10+ years of experience in distribution management. Strong communication, sales, and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation capabilities. Must be team-oriented and results-focused.
