Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

As a potential faculty member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our interdisciplinary community by bringing fresh perspectives to statistics, data science, and related fields such as computer science and artificial intelligence. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting research in statistics, data sciences, computer science, or related fields - Contributing to the academic activities of the Institute - Developing research proposals for current and future work - Publishing peer-reviewed papers and works Qualifications: - Hold a Ph.D. degree in statistics, data sciences, computer science, or related fields - Preferably have peer-reviewed papers or works published within the last five years The Institute of Statistical Science at Academia Sinica provides a secure and stimulating research environment with supportive administrative and IT teams, more than 30 faculty members, and numerous international visiting scholars. As a faculty member, you will have the flexibility to choose whether or not to teach, unlike traditional university faculty.
