Job Title: Client Site Deployment Trainee Location: Kumbakonam, Tamilnadu Client Site Location: All Over India Employment Type: Full-Time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Client Site Deployment Trainee to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise in mobile device, smartphone, POS device repair, and PC repair/assembling with client-facing responsibilities such as parking app demonstrations and mobile POS device MDM (Mobile Device Management) management. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You will travel to client locations to provide on-site services, demonstrations, and support, ensuring seamless operation of devices and systems. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their technical needs and providing tailored solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during on-site visits, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Follow up with clients post-service to ensure devices and systems are functioning optimally. 2. Mobile Devices, PCs and POS Device Repair and Services: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on mobile devices, smartphones, and POS systems, including screen replacements, battery issues, and software glitches. Perform routine maintenance, updates, and optimizations to ensure device reliability and performance. Manage inventory of spare parts and tools for efficient on-site repairs. Troubleshoot and repair desktop and laptop PCs, addressing hardware failures, software issues, and performance bottlenecks. Assemble custom PCs based on client specifications, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance. Install and configure operating systems, drivers, and software as needed. 3. Mobile POS Device MDM Management: Configure, deploy, and manage mobile POS devices using MDM platforms to ensure security, compliance, and functionality. Monitor device performance remotely and on-site, applying updates and resolving issues promptly. Train clients on MDM best practices for secure and efficient device management. 4. Travel and On-Site Support: Travel to client locations as needed to provide repair services, app demos, and MDM support. Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to client schedules and protocols during on-site visits. Document service activities, including time spent, issues resolved, and client feedback, for accurate reporting. Qualifications: Any Bachelors Degree with Certification in IT, electronics, or related fields is a plus. Proven experience in mobile device, smartphone, POS device and PC repair/assembling Familiarity with MDM platforms for mobile POS device management. Strong communication and presentation skills for app demos and client interactions. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently. Customer-service mindset with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
