As a Temenos Implementation Consultant/Specialist based in Pune, you will play a crucial role in leading or supporting the implementation of Temenos core banking solutions for both new and existing clients. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business analysts, architects, and developers to define functional and technical specifications. You will conduct gap analysis, solution design, and documentation for Temenos product implementations. Additionally, you will be involved in tasks such as data migration, integration using APIs/ TAFJ/ TAF, UAT support, and cutover planning. Providing training and post-implementation support to client teams will also be a part of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in Temenos T24/Transact/Infinity implementation. A strong understanding of core banking functions and processes is essential, along with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Temenos modules. Knowledge of TAFJ/TAFC architecture, integration frameworks, and Temenos tools such as Composer, IRIS, and COB will be advantageous. Experience with data migration, interface development, and scripting is also required. Your problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and client-facing demeanor will be critical in this role. You should be capable of working independently and within an agile project environment while ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and adherence to quality standards. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is necessary. Preferred qualifications for this position include Temenos certification, experience with cloud-based deployments like Temenos SaaS on Azure/AWS/GCP, and a background in the banking or financial services industry.
