Job Role: Telugu Voice Process Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
  • Communicate with customers in Telugu.
  • Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Explain company products and services to customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Maintain good customer relationships.
  • Update customer details and call information in the CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Required Skills:

  • Must be fluent in Telugu and english .
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Good verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills.

Experience: Freshers / Experienced

Process: Telugu Voice Process

Job Location: As per company requirement.

Salary: As per company standards.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
