Call new people to tell them about our products or services.
Answer calls from people who want to know more.
Keep our customer information organized on the computer.
Follow up on people who are interested and help them become customers.
Meet daily and weekly goals for calls and sales.
Build good relationships with our customers.
Let your team leader know about your daily work.
*Skills & Requirements* :
Good speaking skills in Hindi, English, and/or the local language.
Basic computer skills (like using Microsoft Office).
A positive attitude and the ability to handle people saying "no."
A focus on reaching your sales goals.
*Preferred Qualifications* :
Experience with phone sales or customer service.
Knowledge about what our company sells.
