Job Description

As a part of this role, you will be responsible for making calls to potential customers, explaining our company's services and products, and maintaining daily call records. Additionally, you will be required to submit daily progress reports and keep a record of every customer interaction and sales activities. Building and maintaining positive relationships with future prospects is a key aspect of this position. Identifying customer needs and providing solutions through our company's products and services will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Strong communication skills in English, both speaking and writing, are essential for this role. Being presentable is also important as you will be representing the company during customer interactions. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have a total of 4 years of work experience, although this is preferred and not mandatory. The work location for this role is in person.
