Virtual Patient Assessments: Conducting remote assessments to evaluate patient symptoms and conditions. Medical Advice and Counseling: Providing medical advice, guidance, and support to patients via remote communication. Care Coordination: Working with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Remote Monitoring: Utilizing technology to monitor patient vital signs and health data. Education and Support: Providing virtual education about diagnoses, treatment plans, and health-related information. Referral and Triage: Assessing patients to determine if in-person care or specialist referral is necessary. Documentation: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care. Collaboration: Communicating effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Technology Proficiency: Utilizing telehealth platforms, software, and equipment effectively.
