Languages Known: Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Knowledge of at least one additional language is also required.

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-oriented candidates to join our Sales (DST) and Telesales (KOB) teams.

The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our services, identifying potential business partners, generating leads, onboarding new partners, and contributing to the company's business growth.

Candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and fluency in multiple languages are encouraged to apply.

1. Sales Executive – DST Team
Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential business partners.
• Promote Home Food's services and business opportunities.
• Explain the business model and guide partners through the onboarding process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new partners.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active business partners.
• Participate in sales campaigns and achieve assigned targets.
• Support business expansion and partner growth.
• Submit daily sales activity reports to the reporting manager.

2. Telesales Executive – KOB Team
Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact potential business partners through outbound phone calls.
• Explain company services, benefits, and business opportunities.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested prospects.
• Convert potential leads into active business partners.
• Maintain accurate customer and partner records.
• Build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily calling targets and monthly sales goals.
• Maintain professional telephone etiquette and communication standards.

3. Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Fluency in at least 2–3 languages.
• Good English communication skills are preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with mobile applications or laptops.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
• Good follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.

4. Preferred Language Combinations

Candidates with any of the following language combinations are preferred:

• Tamil + English + Hindi
• Malayalam + English + Hindi
• Telugu + English + Hindi
• Telugu + Tamil + English

Candidates fluent in other regional languages along with English are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
