Job Description

Team Management & Leadership: Lead by example, supervise daily operations, and build a positive, goal-driven team culture. • Target & KPI Tracking: Monitor individual and team sales targets, call volumes, conversion rates, and daily metrics. • Coaching & Training: Conduct regular training sessions, role-plays, and product knowledge updates to improve sales techniques. • Performance Evaluation: Analyze weekly and monthly reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide constructive feedback. • CRM & Data Management: Ensure accurate use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, lead distribution, and pipeline logging. • Escalation & Quality Control: Handle difficult customer escalations, audit call quality, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
