Telesales Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Gamepoint programs, highlight the benefits and convert leads into sales opportunity.
• Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers through Whatsapp, email, phone calls, SMS and other messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with coaches, center managers and event team to confirm batch availability, schedules or participant details.
• Meet/exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the Organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with potential customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate and relevant information to encourage them to enroll in our programs.

Key Competencies:

• Should have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Telesales role, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
• Open to learning and adapting to new sales techniques and strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms for maintaining client databases.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
