Job Summary:

We are hiring Tele Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team at Home Point. Your main role will be to connect with potential buyers over the phone, share project details, generate interest, and schedule site visits. If you're enthusiastic, confident, and goal-oriented—this job is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective home buyers from the company’s lead database.
• Explain property/project details, benefits, pricing, and location advantages.
• Answer client queries professionally and persuasively.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and field sales team.
• Maintain call logs, follow-ups, and lead status updates in Excel or CRM tools.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Education: 12th pass minimum; graduates preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome; real estate tele sales experience is a plus).
• Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM usage).
• Positive attitude, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
