3. Follow-ups & Customer Engagement

  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective clients who have not confirmed their appointments.
  • Reconnect with interested leads and encourage them to proceed with the booking.
  • Follow up with clients who miss or postpone appointments, wherever appropriate.
  • Maintain professional, polite, and empathetic communication throughout the enquiry and booking process.
  • Ensure that all active leads are followed up with systematically and that no genuine enquiry is overlooked.

4. Lead Tracking & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming leads, calls made, follow-ups, appointment bookings, and conversion status.
  • Update the CRM, lead tracker, Google Sheets, or other designated reporting systems regularly.

  • Track conversion performance and identify opportunities to improve lead engagement.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Coordinate with the marketing team regarding leads generated through social media and advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with centre heads and coordinators to confirm appointment availability.
  • Communicate relevant client requirements to the appropriate centre team.
  • Escalate complex enquiries or service-related concerns to the concerned department.
  • Share feedback regarding lead quality, common client objections, and reasons for unsuccessful conversions.
