Job Overview:

Lappy Maker is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

An effective Senior Sales Representative must have excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills. They should be comfortable presenting our products, including MacBooks, Laptops, iMacs, and other Apple products, understanding customer requirements, handling objections, and converting potential customers into sales.

The goal is to help the company grow by acquiring new customers, building long-term relationships, and generating business.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers to our products and services.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple products.
• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, answer customer calls, resolve queries related to products and services, and convert potential customers into sales.
• Handle customer queries regarding products, pricing, availability, and specifications.
• Negotiate with customers and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's sales growth.
• Coordinate with the field sales team and other departments whenever required.
• Maintain and update customer information, sales records, and databases.
• Prepare quotations, process orders accurately, and follow up with customers.
• Handle customer concerns professionally to maintain the company's reputation.
• Maintain records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
• Take initiative to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business development.Requirements
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in Apple products, laptops, IT hardware, or electronics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of MacBooks, iMacs, and other Apple products will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-5 years experience in Sales.
• Previous experience in sales, preferably in Mackbook.
• Additional advantage: Experience in telesales, B2B sales, lead generation, and customer relationship management.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
