Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive (B2B) to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by connecting with businesses and offering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote products/services.
Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions based on company offerings.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments or product demos for the field sales team.
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets in terms of calls made and conversions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
Handle objections confidently and close sales deals effectively.
Provide post-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B telesales or telemarketing (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to understand client business models and offer relevant solutions.
Proficiency in CRM tools.
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
