Job Responsibities 1 Generating Leads: Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling and other sales techniques. Making Sales: Persuading customers to purchase products or services, highlighting special offers, and negotiating prices. Building Relationships: Maintaining strong relationships with both existing and potential customers. Meeting Sales Targets: Achieving monthly sales targets through effective sales techniques. Providing Customer Service: Answering customer questions, handling complaints, and providing support. Upselling and Cross-selling: Suggesting additional products or services to increase the value of sales. Keeping Up-to-date: Staying informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
