Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain professional customer relationships.
• Maintain daily communication and follow-up records.
• Achieve assigned performance targets.
• Provide professional customer assistance.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Own a Windows computer and headset.
• Stable internet connection and reliable electricity supply.
• Quiet working environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and target-oriented.

Working Schedule

• 10 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Weekly Off: Sunday
