Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and closing sales via phone, email, and online platforms. a passion for sales, or exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to generate leads. Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries in a timely manner. Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch the company's products or services. Maintain and grow a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools. Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and deliver presentations and product demos online. Provide accurate forecasts and regular reports on sales activity and performance. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in an inside sales, telesales, or customer service role. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Target-driven and highly motivated.
