Job Description

We are seeking a persuasive Telesales Executive to engage potential clients, explain our drone services, and drive sales conversions. The role involves making outbound calls, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will follow up on leads, nurture client relationships, and maintain accurate sales records in the CRM. Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets is key to success in this role. Ideal candidates have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated and target-driven attitude, and the ability to learn and explain technical products quickly. Prior telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Compensation: ₹2 - ₹4 LPA, with performance-based incentives.
