Job Description

Make outbound calls and handle incoming enquiries from prospective students and parents to promote SMART's training programmes.
Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structures, batch schedules, and admission procedures for programmes such as TNPSC, SSC, Banking, RRB, GRE, TOEFL, IELTS, NIFT, CLAT, and NID.
Understand students' educational backgrounds and career aspirations, and recommend suitable training programmes.
Generate leads, conduct regular follow-ups, address enquiries, handle objections, and convert prospective students into confirmed admissions.
Maintain and update student enquiry databases, call records, follow-up status, and admission details.
Achieve assigned calling and admission targets while coordinating with the marketing and academic teams to support student enrolment activities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Nungambakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
