Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves connecting with potential clients over the phone, explaining our services/products, generating leads, and closing sales. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database/leads. Explain products/services offered by the company in a clear and persuasive manner. Understand customer needs and requirements to pitch suitable solutions. Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed sales/appointments. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in CRM. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle customer queries and provide relevant information. Coordinate with field sales/marketing teams as needed. Stay updated on company offerings, promotions, and competitor activity. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience in telesales or customer service (6 months to 2 years preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English. Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated. Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office. Strong persuasive and negotiation skills. Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
