Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive (Female) to generate and follow up on leads, engage with potential customers, and contribute to sales growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Follow-up: Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and visits. Maintain a database of leads and ensure timely follow-ups. Convert inquiries into sales by providing product details and solutions. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management: Build strong rapport with existing and potential customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products. Address customer queries and concerns in a professional manner. Sales & Target Achievement: Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to company growth. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Participate in promotional activities and customer outreach programs. Coordination & Reporting: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies. Keep records of customer interactions and sales progress. Provide daily/weekly reports on lead status and sales performance. Key Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th pass or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not mandatory). Strong communication skills (Hindi & English, additional languages are a plus). Good persuasion and negotiation skills. Confidence and a proactive attitude in handling customers. Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and follow up diligently. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication is a plus.
