Telesales Executive (IT)

Shift: Night, 8.30 p.m. – 5.30 a.m.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Conduct outbound calls for B2B Website and Digital Marketing sales.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication.

·Analyze client requirements and propose tailored solutions.

· Persuade clients to invest in company projects.

· Maintain up-to-date service knowledge and provide accurate information.

· Ensure client satisfaction and cultivate long-term relationships, upselling

·Achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion.
