Telesales Executive

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team and contribute to growing our customer base for doors, windows, and related products. The ideal candidate will have a background in telesales or telemarketing, with excellent communication skills and a strong ability to convert inquiries into sales. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers including builders, contractors, architects, and homeowners Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly Follow up with existing inquiries, leads, and quotations to close sales Maintain and update the customer database with detailed call records Schedule appointments or site visits for the field sales team when needed Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets Share feedback from customers to help improve product offerings and services Assist in executing telemarketing campaigns and promotional offers Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree in any stream 1–3 years of telesales/telecalling experience (preferably in construction materials or hardware industry) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Confident telephone presence and ability to handle objections Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, data entry) Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus Target-oriented and self-motivated Benefits: Fixed salary + attractive incentives/commissions On-the-job training and product knowledge sessions Career advancement opportunities in sales and business development Supportive work environment and team culture Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Application Question(s): Do you have Construction/Interior/Building material Industry Experience?
