Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Tele Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients over the phone, and converting inquiries into site visits and sales opportunities. This role is critical in building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inquiries/leads.
  • Present property details, answer client queries, and highlight project benefits effectively.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
  • Maintain a database of leads and prospects using CRM tools.
  • Build rapport with clients to establish trust and encourage long-term engagement.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client handover from call to closing.
  • Stay updated on current projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
