Qualifications and Skills: Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective lead generation and appointment scheduling. Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and create positive interactions with potential clients is crucial. Active Listening: Paying close attention to client needs and concerns to ensure appointments are scheduled effectively. Time Management: The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Organizational Skills: Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely follow-ups. Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial. Key Tasks: Outbound Calling: Making cold calls to potential clients. Lead Qualification: Assessing the potential of leads and ensuring they are qualified for sales follow-up. Appointment Scheduling: Scheduling meetings or calls with sales representatives. International Call Centre experience is a must.
