Job Description

Arif Pharma Pvt. Ltd. (Brand Name: DUA DAWAI) is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Tele Sales Executive to promote and sell our Ayurvedic health supplements through lead generation and telecalling. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product benefits, and encouraging them to place orders. Responsibilities also include following up with leads via WhatsApp and CRM tools, booking orders, and maintaining daily sales reports. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a passion for sales. Prior experience in telecalling or sales will be preferred, but freshers with confidence and learning attitude are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time, office-based position located at H-114, Sector 63, Noida. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday (Sunday off). The salary ranges from ₹13,000 to ₹25,000, depending on experience and performance. Additionally, candidates will be eligible for performance incentives up to ₹10,000. There are also opportunities for promotion and career growth based on performance.
