Telecaller – Home Cleaning Products Location: Janak Puri, New Delhi Job Type: Full-Time Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telecaller with good Hindi communication skills to promote our home cleaning products. You will make calls to potential customers, handle inquiries, generate leads, and support the sales team. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound inquiries Explain product benefits clearly Generate and qualify leads Set appointments for sales team Maintain customer records in the system Follow up with customers to close sales Requirements Fluent in Hindi; basic English is a plus Comfortable using MS Excel, MS Word, email, and internet search Good communication and listening skills Basic computer skills 12th pass or above Previous telecalling experience is a bonus What We Offer Performance incentives Training and growth opportunities Friendly work environment
