Telesales Agent

As a part of the Australian Process (Voice) team, you will be responsible for handling outbound customer calls with the utmost professionalism and efficiency. Your primary goal will be to achieve and consistently maintain quality and performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction. Basic computer skills are required for this role, along with excellent verbal communication skills to effectively engage with customers. To qualify for this position, you should have at least a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Both experienced individuals and freshers are welcome to apply for this opportunity. This is a full-time, permanent position with a morning shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus incentive that rewards your hard work and dedication. The ideal candidate should have a Higher Secondary (12th Pass) education as a minimum requirement. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with at least 1 year of total work experience and 1 year of sales experience. Proficiency in the English language is necessary for effective communication with customers.
