Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and business leads.
• Explain the company's products and services to prospective clients.
• Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into potential customers.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and lead status in the CRM.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
• Handle customer queries professionally and communicate product benefits effectively.

Requirements

• Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling sales conversations.
• Ability to follow up with leads and work towards targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.
• Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred; freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Must be comfortable working the night shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.

Working Hours

• Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
• Work Location: Paschim Vihar, Delhi
• Candidates should be comfortable working according to the assigned night-shift schedule.
