We are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Manager to take charge of overseeing and managing the IT infrastructure within the hospital setting. Your primary responsibilities will involve ensuring data security, compliance with regulations, and driving the digital transformation of healthcare technology. Your expertise in Healthcare IT Systems will be crucial, particularly in the areas of Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), and Picture Archiving & Communication System (PACS). You will be expected to maintain a high level of proficiency in these systems to effectively manage and optimize their functionality. Another key aspect of your role will involve safeguarding healthcare data through compliance with IT standards (both international and Indian), cybersecurity measures, and adherence to data protection laws. Your commitment to maintaining data security and ensuring compliance will be essential in this position. In addition, you will be responsible for driving the integration of health technologies such as Telemedicine/Telehealth, IoT & Wearables, and medical device integration. Your ability to seamlessly integrate these technologies into the existing healthcare IT infrastructure will be vital in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Furthermore, you will oversee IT infrastructure and network management, including tasks such as network administration, database management, and communication systems. Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure smooth IT operations and effective communication will be a fundamental part of your role.
