Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain the products or services offered by the company in a clear and convincing manner. Generate sales leads or set appointments for the sales team. Maintain detailed records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups. Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives. Meet daily and monthly call and sales targets. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Language: Hindi (Preferred) English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
